We work extremely hard to provide our community with beautiful produce and organic goods. We ask our members to be mindful of that by:
Picking up bags on time from the market each Saturday between 8am and 1pm.
If you choose to cancel your membership, we ask that you give us a two week notice. There will also be a $100 cancellation fee.
If or when a member plans to be out of town we ask that you give us a 24 hour notice. In the event that you do not pick up your share it will be donated, and you forfeit your share for that week. We do allow non-members to pick up bags if you are unable to.
A CSA program is a partnership. So it is very important to us that both the member and farmer benefit from this collaboration. If in fact this partnership becomes one sided or difficult in any way we are entitled to cancel your membership without notice or refund.
Risks and Rewards
Farming is not for the faint of heart. Each day comes with its own ups and downs, and no crop is ever guaranteed. That is why it is so important to know that there are risks when joining a CSA program. Due to unpredictable weather conditions (global warming and the current state of our planet) your share size may vary from week to week. There will be holes and inconsistencies in your produce, but this is to be expected from responsibly grown produce!
We can assure you the reward is far greater in the long run. Having responsibly grown non-gmo produce and eggs weekly for you and your family is truly priceless.
Please note that your share may occasionally contain artisan goods ie. flavored salts, dressings, teas, etc.
Privacy
We promise to never share any of your personal information with a third party for any purpose other than managing your CSA subscription.
